ABOUT Braided pizza RECIPE

It is a beautiful pizza which has lot of cheese and veggies inside it.we can easily make our kids to eat veggies which are hidden inside it.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Flour 1 cup
  2. Sugar 1 teaspoon
  3. Active yeast 1 teaspoon
  4. Salt
  5. Milk 1 tablespoon
  6. Oil 2 teaspoon
  7. Pizza sauce 2 tablespoon
  8. Grated mozrella cheese 1 cup
  9. Cherry tomatoes 10
  10. Sliced zuccini 1
  11. Paneer cubes 1/2 cup
  12. Capsicum rings
  13. Basil leaves
  14. Salt
  15. Pepper
  16. Oregano
  17. Chilli Flakes

Instructions

  1. Soak yeast in milk
  2. Add sugar
  3. Mix salt in flour
  4. Now make a well in flour
  5. Add yeast mix and make a dough
  6. Knead dough for 15 min.
  7. Leave dough covered till doubles in size
  8. After it doubles take it in work place
  9. Knock it and roll it in rectangle
  10. Leave center place in loaf size at is
  11. In both length sides make slanting slits
  12. In center spread pizza sauce
  13. Cover with cheese
  14. Arrange veggies on pizza
  15. Sprinkle salt and pepper
  16. Then flakes and oregano
  17. Give egg wash to it
  18. Now start braiding
  19. Cover Both short sides
  20. Then take one by one strips from both sides and make braid on pizza
  21. Now bake it in preheated ovan for 15 to 20 min at 180 degree
  22. Our beautiful pizza is ready.
  23. Serve with sauce
