Ingredients Serving: 8

All purpose flour 1cup
Fresh malai 3/4 cup
Powdered sugar 3/4 cup
Dry fruits chopped as per taste
Little oil for greasing pan
Vanilla essence 3-4 drops
Drinking chocolate 1tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Baking powder a pinch

Instructions

Sieve all purpose flour
Take Malai mix little all purpose flour in it
Add little at a time and mix nicely
Add powdered sugar and mix again
Add baking powder a pinch and baking soda 1/4 tsp
Add vanilla essence 3-4 drops
Heat appe pan grease it.
Pour batter with a spoon
Let it cook for 3-4 minutes
Turn it again and cook for 2-3 minutes on the other side.
Add little drinking chocolate 1tsp for chocolate flavour and cook in the same way
