Samai also called as little millet ,is #glutenfree whole grain , this millet which was feeding us for centuries which has numerous benifits..which our generation has totally forget. Benifits: *Samai is rich in phyto-chemicals and it has excellent antioxidant properties. *It reduces cholesterol and helps in digestion. *I tried out this MILLET PIZZA CRUST in a different way ..as i dint use samai flour instead i soaked samai overnight grind it into batter and used it. *This pizza is little dense and very filling. Yet light enough to digest brilliantly. I served with cheese ,spinach, onion and corn .. I am totally satisfied with the result.
