Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Besan flour 2 1/2 cup
  2. Rice flour 1 cup
  3. Chilli powder 1 tsp
  4. pepper powder 1 tsp
  5. Hing 1/4 tsp
  6. Butter 1tsp
  7. salt
  8. Curry leaves
  9. oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl , add besan flour, rice flour, red chilli powder, pepper powder, hing, butter and salt . Mix well by adding water little by little.. The dough should not be stiff.... Don't allow it to dry....
  2. Take portion of dough and stuff into the murukku presser..
  3. Heat oil in kadai, press it in oil in circles.... Fry in medium flame on both sides till golden brown....
  4. Drain it in tissue...Cool down and break it, then add fried curry leaves....
