ABOUT Ari ada RECIPE

Ada or Ari Ada, is a Traditional Kerala (South India) delicacy. It is made of coconut and brown sugar (jaggery), which is layered inside the rice paste and steamed in a steamer. It is served as an evening snacks or as a part of breakfast. Its my all time favourite. Ari ada with a cup of tea so yummm
