Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 kg boiled shakargandi
  2. 3 tbsp boiled matter
  3. 3 tbsp boiled American corn
  4. 1 big chopped in lengthwise onion
  5. 1 chopped tomato
  6. 1 tsp chopped adruk
  7. 1 tsp chopped chillies
  8. 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  9. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  10. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  11. 1/4 tsp haldi
  12. salt as pr taste
  13. 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  14. 1/2 tsp kashmiri mirch
  15. 1 tsp coriander powder
  16. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  17. 1 tsp chat masala
  18. 2 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the shakargandi in small pieces. keep aside.
  2. Take a kadai heat oil add mustard seeds. when it pop up add onion and saute up to little brown.
  3. Add tomatoes and cook till soft. Add haldi, kashmiri mirch, red chilli pwdr and 2 tsp water. saute till oil separated.
  4. Add matar, corn and shakargandi pieces. Mix nicely. Add 1/2 cup of water and cook cover with lid for 5 min.
  5. Add rest of masalas, coriander leaves and stir for 2 minutes.
  6. Gass turn over and cool down meanwhile add lemon juice and serve with prantha or chapatti. Happy cooking :blush:
