ABOUT PANEER CHATAI PRANTHA RECIPE

Paneer chatai pranatha dekhne me jitna eye catching ha utna hi healthy bhi ha kyuki isme paneer, capsicum and onion ki filling huyi ha jo baccho ki growth ke liye bhut jruri ha. Ye palak and whole wheat ke guno se bharpur ha. Baccho ke liye ye bhut healthy breakfast ha.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup regular dough
  2. 1/2 cup spinach dough
  3. 1/2 cup grated paneer
  4. 1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
  5. 1 chopped onion
  6. salt as pr taste
  7. 1 tsp chopped chillies
  8. 1 /2 tsp red chilly powder
  9. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  10. 2 tsp coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Prepare filling by mixing all ingredients and keep aside.
  2. Take a ball from palak dough n roll it like full chapati and make 1 inch cut in stripes.
  3. now take a ball size dough from white colour dough and cut into 1 inch stripes
  4. Weeving like chatayi and place 3 tbsp of filling and cover with another 1 roled roti.
  5. lock all sides with the help of folk
  6. Shallow fry both sides and on tawa and enjoy hot with dip
