Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bitter guard ( thin slices)
  2. 4 tbsp rice flour
  3. 1 tbsp Corn Flour
  4. 1 tbsp Chilli powder
  5. 1 tsp cumin powder
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 2 tbsp curd
  8. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Method Wash and slice the bitter guard take a bowl add water to this add curd mix well now add the slice bitter guard and soak for 10 minutes
  2. Take a bowl add add all the dry ingredients and mix well you can make two method one with dry powder and other method is mix with water to Bajji consistency.
  3. Heat the pan add oil when oil is hot add the prepared bitter guard fry until it is crispy on a low flame
  4. Serve with Samar rice or with rasa my cripy and tasty bitter guard is ready thank you happy cooking
