Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Big Brinjal 1
  2. 1 green chillie
  3. 4 garlic pieces
  4. Salt
  5. Red Chillie powder 1 tsp
  6. Corriander powder 1 tsp
  7. Corriander for garnishing
  8. Onion chopped 1
  9. Tomatoes chopped 1
  10. oil 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Cut Brinjal place Chillie and garlic in slit. Roast it.
  2. Remove it's skin. Remove garlic and Chillie.
  3. Make its paste of garlic Chillie and Brinjal.
  4. Fry onions Pink. Add tomatoes and paste mix Brinjal paste.
  5. Add all spices cover and cook for 2 min. Baingan bharta is ready.
  6. Garnish with corriander.
