Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rajgira atta 1 cup
  2. Sugar 1/2 cup
  3. Ghee 1/2 cup
  4. Milk 2 1/2 cup
  5. Elaichi pwd 1/2 tsp
  6. Chopped nuts 2 spoons

Instructions

  1. Take a nonstick pan and put ghee into that.
  2. Now add rajgira atta and slowly saute it till it changes colour to golden brown.
  3. In another pan add milk n sugar n keep it to boil.
  4. Now very carefully and slowly add this milk to rajgira atta.
  5. Stir well till all the milk is absorbed and it starts leaving oil.
  6. Lastly add elaichi pwd and nuts to this.
  7. Serve hot.
