Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For dough
  2. 1 1/2 cup whole wheat atta
  3. 1 tsp ajwain
  4. Salt
  5. Water
  6. For stuffing
  7. 1 small cauliflower grated
  8. 1 small cup boiled peas
  9. 1 small cup grated carrot
  10. 2 medium sized boiled potatoes
  11. 1 small bunch spinach( nicely washed and finely chopped)
  12. 1 inch ginger
  13. 1 tps turmeric powder
  14. 1 tps chilli powder
  15. 1 tps garam masala powder
  16. 1 lemon Juice
  17. Salt
  18. 1 tps jeera

Instructions

  1. For dough
  2. Take flour, salt ajwain and 2 tbsp of oil in a bowl and knead it with the help of water. Dough should be soft
  3. For stuffing
  4. Take one pan
  5. Add oil, when oil become hot add jeera and grated ginger,
  6. After that add grated vegetables like cauliflower, carrot and peas, saute for a minute now add other vegetables like boiled peas, finely chopped spinach, and mashed potatoes,
  7. Now add turmaric powder , chilli powder and garam masala powder and salt as per taste
  8. Mix all ingredients and cook completely
  9. At last squeeze 1 lemon juice and mix it
  10. After that take small amount of dough roll it and make small roti. In centre put small amount of vegetable stuffing and fold from all the side and again roll it with light hand so that stuffing should not come out
  11. After put it on a medium hot pan, and golden roast them from both the side with greasing it some pure ghee
  12. Serve it ketchup curd pickles or any favourite cutney
