Ingredients Serving: 4
For dough
1 1/2 cup whole wheat atta
1 tsp ajwain
Salt
Water
For stuffing
1 small cauliflower grated
1 small cup boiled peas
1 small cup grated carrot
2 medium sized boiled potatoes
1 small bunch spinach( nicely washed and finely chopped)
1 inch ginger
1 tps turmeric powder
1 tps chilli powder
1 tps garam masala powder
1 lemon Juice
Salt
1 tps jeera
Instructions
For dough
Take flour, salt ajwain and 2 tbsp of oil in a bowl and knead it with the help of water. Dough should be soft
For stuffing
Take one pan
Add oil, when oil become hot add jeera and grated ginger,
After that add grated vegetables like cauliflower, carrot and peas, saute for a minute now add other vegetables like boiled peas, finely chopped spinach, and mashed potatoes,
Now add turmaric powder , chilli powder and garam masala powder and salt as per taste
Mix all ingredients and cook completely
At last squeeze 1 lemon juice and mix it
After that take small amount of dough roll it and make small roti. In centre put small amount of vegetable stuffing and fold from all the side and again roll it with light hand so that stuffing should not come out
After put it on a medium hot pan, and golden roast them from both the side with greasing it some pure ghee
Serve it ketchup curd pickles or any favourite cutney
