Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Raw Rice flour 1 cup
  2. Jeggery 1/2 cup ( depends ur sweetness)
  3. Coconut milk - 1/2 cup( first milk)
  4. Elachi or elachi powder 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Boiling point hot water -1/2 cup
  7. Greated coconut - 1/4th cup.

Instructions

  1. Take a Ingredients
  2. Take a clean bowl add a rice flour.
  3. Add boiled hot water little by little.
  4. Mix well with help of spoon or spatula.
  5. Add some oil.
  6. Take mixture and shaping the small balls
  7. Take a aside,
  8. Take a clean pan and add some water and boil, add small rice balls.
  9. Add a balls,and boiled for 5 more minutes.
  10. Add a elachi powder
  11. Add a jeggery.
  12. And don't mix, and don't use any spoons,add coconut milk
  13. Boil for five more minutes. And add a greated coconut
  14. Mix well, if ur consistency was too liquid add some rice flour and maxwell.
  15. Ready to present the south Indian special pall kolukkatai ready.
