ABOUT Focaccia RECIPE

It is a italian flat bread made of rosemary seasalt and italian herbs

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup Flour
  2. 1.5 tsp fresh yeast
  3. 1 tbsp lukewarm water
  4. 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  5. 3 tbspp olive oil
  6. For Topping---
  7. 5 olives chopped
  8. Jalapeno pepper chopped
  9. Rosemary
  10. 4 garlic cloves
  11. 1 chop onion
  12. Salt
  13. 1 tsp ganoa spice
  14. Grated cheese

Instructions

  1. First we take lukewarm water and add yeast
  2. Take flour and sieve it add salt
  3. Now add yeast and make a dough
  4. Knead it for 7-8 min. And leave it for 30 min.
  5. Take oil in pan and add garlic and onion
  6. Saute them finely
  7. Chop all other toppings
  8. Then take dough and grease a baking tray
  9. Spread dough with fingers
  10. And keep for at least 40 min. To proove
  11. Then take tray and brush olive oil on it
  12. Then grate cheese
  13. Add garlic onion on it
  14. And then jalapeno and olives
  15. Spread all of them evenly
  16. Sprinkle ganoa spice and salt
  17. Then sprinkle rosemary and again grate cheese
  18. Sprinkle some more ganoa
  19. Bake in a preheated ovan for 30 min at 180 degree
  20. Our focaccia is ready
  21. Serve hot
