Focaccia bread loaf is very soft and best with a cup of tea or coffee

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup all purpose flour
  2. 1/2cup wheat flour
  3. 1tea spoon sugar
  4. 1tea spoon dry active yeast
  5. 4to5spoon butter and some more for brushing
  6. 1cup luke warm water
  7. 1tea spoon oregano
  8. 1tea spoon chilly flakes
  9. 1/2tea spoon salt
  10. 1/2sliced capcicum
  11. 8to9 pieces black olive

Instructions

  1. Take a cup add luke warm water ,yeast ,and sugar mix well and keep aside for 15mintues
  2. Take a bowl add all purpose flour , butter , salt as per taste and yeast mixture and mix well add milk as per need and knead a soft dough
  3. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and keep it at warm place for 2hours
  4. After 2hours dough is double in size punch it stretch it and again knead
  5. Take a bread mould greese it with oil
  6. Make a roll with dough flat it into bread shape and put it into the mould
  7. And again keep it warm place for 1hour
  8. After that apply some butter on the bread dough .
  9. Now stick capcicum slices, olive ,chilly flakes and oregano and start baking .
  10. Bake the bread into the oven at 180degree temperature for 35mintues .
  11. Apply melted butter on the bread and serve
