Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ragi flour- 1 cup
  2. Rice flour - 1/4 cup
  3. salt - 1/2 tsp
  4. Coconut oil- 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Mix Ragi flour, rice flour, salt, oil in a mixing bowl
  2. Add water little by little and kneed like chapati dough .
  3. Squeeze the prepared dough on the Idli plate with the help of string Hopper maker
  4. Steam cook for 10 minutes. And Serve with hot and sour chutney.
