ABOUT Muttar ghugra RECIPE

It is a gujrati dish. Everone loves gujrati dishes. In our family everyone loves these dishes. It is made of peas and ciconut filling slightly sweet in taste.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup Flour
  2. 1 tsp oil
  3. Salt
  4. 1 cup boiled peas
  5. 1 tsp ginger chilli paste
  6. Salt lemon juice
  7. Coriander leaves
  8. Grated coconut
  9. 1 tsp sugar
  10. 1 tsp oil
  11. L1 tsp jeera
  12. Hing
  13. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take flour, salt, oil in a bowl
  2. Take water and make a dough
  3. Leave it covered for half an hour
  4. Crush boil peas
  5. Heat oil in pan add jeera and hing
  6. Add peas and cook
  7. Add ginger garlic paste
  8. Add salt and sugar
  9. Mix all of them
  10. Add sugar and lemon juice and mix
  11. Add coriander leaves our filling is ready
  12. Take dough and devide in equal parts
  13. Make balls and rake one roll a puri
  14. Fill stuffing in half side and fold
  15. Prick with fork or shape by hands like gujiya
  16. Prepare all of them like that
  17. Heat oil and fry
  18. Serve hot with green chutney
