My family love Italian herbs breads, especially buttery and garlicky pull apart breads.I have been making this garlic bread since a long time.But this time with Sprig Genoa spices it tasted a lot better ...everybody was saying ...WOWwww....this time it is very delicious.it felt like we have tasted a bread from a good class restaurant.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. All purpose flour-1 1/2 cup
  2. Dry active yeast - 1/2 tablespoon
  3. Salt-1/2 teaspoon
  4. Sugar-1 tablespoon
  5. Oil-1 1/2 tablespoon
  6. Warm water - 1 cup
  7. Unsalted butter- 4 tablespoons
  8. Garlic -7 fat cloves
  9. Italian hearbs ( sprig geona)-4 teaspoons
  10. Coriander leaves - 5 tablespoons
  11. Salt -to taste
  12. Green chilli- 4
  13. Olive oil - 2 teaspoons

Instructions

  1. Mix yeast and sugar in warm water and keep aside for ten minutes .let it bloom
  2. Yeast mixture is ready
  3. Mix flour salt and oil
  4. Pour yeast mixture in flour
  5. Make a dough .in the beginning dough will be sticky
  6. Knead it for 20 minutes it will be fine and elastic
  7. Cover it with cling film and keep aside for one hour
  8. After one hour it will be double in size
  9. Grind coriander,garlic,mint,butter ,green chilli
  10. Mix oil and Italian herbs in it
  11. Now divide dough in four equal portions
  12. Roll out each portion into a thin disc
  13. Now add 1/3 of the Italian herbs and garlic filling on one disc and spread it
  14. Cover this disc with another disc
  15. Repeat this two more times .means spread filling on second disc and cover with third disc.then spread filling on third disc and cover with fourth disc.and place a round object in center
  16. Cut the disc outside the round object into 32 equal portions
  17. Take each portion and twist four or five times
  18. Apply honey and milk mixture for nice brown colour on the top of bread
  19. Like this
  20. Preheat oven at 200 ° and bake for 20-25 minutes at 200
  21. Bread is ready
