Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Chicken breast 4
  2. Sprigs Tangier(mediterian spice) 1 pck
  3. Olive oil 2 tbsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. For stuffing
  6. Spinach 1 small bunch
  7. Mushrooms 1 pck
  8. Milk 1/4cup
  9. Mozerella cheese 1/4 cup (cn add more)
  10. FOR GARLIC SAUCE
  11. Hung curd 1 cup
  12. 2 garlic cloves crushed
  13. Olive oil 1 tsp
  14. CRACKLING SPINACH
  15. 2 bunches spinach finely chopped
  16. Roasted sesame seeds 2 tbs
  17. Sugar 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take the ingridents for the chicken
  2. Put the sprigs tangier spice mix and olive oil on the chicken and mix well
  3. Rub the spices well and let it sit in the fridge overnite
  4. Ingridents for the filling
  5. Take olive oil add garlic
  6. Add sliced mushrooms
  7. Add spinach and milk and let it cook till the milk evapores
  8. This is how it should look.Completely dry
  9. Take 1 chicken breast and put it in a ziplock bag
  10. Flatten the breast with a pestel till its flat
  11. Remove the breast piece add the filling
  12. Add little mozerella cheese
  13. Roll the chicken piece and wrap them tightly in foil
  14. Take water and boil it.add the chicken foil packets in it and steam them for 15 mins
  15. Remove the foil and slice the pieces
  16. FOR CRACKLING SPINACH Heat oil add the sliced spinach and remove them once they turn dark green and crispy. Will take hardly 3 to 4 mins
  17. Remove on paper towel add sugar and roasted sesame seeds
  18. Make the crackling spinach just before serving else it will become soft
  19. Spread the spinach on the sides and serve withthe garlic sauce
  20. GARLIC DIP
  21. Take olive oil crush the garlic pods in it and add the hung curd.Mix well. It should be creamy consistency
