Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 6 drumstick sticks ( remove skin and cut pieces)
  2. 2 Chopped Onions
  3. (1) 1 cup yoghurt
  4. (2) 2 tbs roasted chick peas
  5. (3) 2 tbs Coconut pieces
  6. (4) 1 tbs seasum seeds
  7. (5) 1 tbs coriander seeds
  8. (6) 4 dry red chillies
  9. (7) 1 tbs whole garam masala
  10. 1 tbs jeera
  11. 1 tbs ginger garlic paste
  12. 2 tsp red chilli powder
  13. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  14. Salt to taste
  15. 2 tbs oil
  16. 2 glass of water

Instructions

  1. First 1 to 7 ingredients roast in a pan , and make a paste with half glass of water.
  2. Heat oil in a pot and add cumin seeds and chopped onions.
  3. Sauté until onions turn light brown colour ,add Ginger garlic paste sauté 2 minutes. After add red chilli powder , tumeric powder and salt.
  4. Add drumstick pieces mix well and cook 2 minutes on high flame.after 2 minutes slow down the heat and add yogurt and coconut paste mix well and sauté 2 minutes.
  5. After add water , cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes on slow to medium heat or until drumstick soft.Garnish with coriander leaves.Serve with chapati or Rice
