This curry is made with leftover boiled potatoes

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 3 boiled potatoes
  2. 2 drumstick
  3. 1 medium finely chopped onion
  4. 3 medium tomatoes
  5. 3 green chillies
  6. half inch Ginger piece
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Half teaspoon turmeric Powder
  9. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  10. half teaspoon garam masala powder
  11. 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions

  1. take pressure cooker and put oil in it to get hot.
  2. Then add finely chopped onion and saute till it gets light brown in colour
  3. Peel the potatoes and cut it into medium pieces
  4. Roughly chop tomato green chilli ginger and grind it into puree
  5. Just scrape the green stuff away of drum sticks and cut it into medium pieces
  6. When the onion colour changes put the potatoes and saute for few minutes
  7. Add the tomato puree and all the dry masala powder and mix well
  8. Dry the tomato puree till the oil floats up
  9. Add water, drumstick and salt
  10. Mix well and close the lid of the pressure cooker
  11. let one whistle go on high flame and then simmer for 5 minutes
  12. Switch off the gas and serve hot with Roti or rice.
