Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Vanilla sponge...1/4 cup crumbled
  2. Strawberry jelly pack....1/2 pack
  3. Mango jelly pack....1/2 pack
  4. Custard powder....1 tsp
  5. Milk....1 cup
  6. Sugar....2 tsp
  7. Gulab jamun....6-8 pcs
  8. Fancy glass
  9. Cherry for garnish
  10. Whipped cream ....1 cup

Instructions

  1. Take a good looking tall glass. Put at the bottom crumbled sponge and press it. 2) Prepare strawberry jelly as directed on packet.
  2. Pour this jelly on sponge and keep in fridge to get it set.
  3. Prepare custard. Dissolve custard powder in 2 spoon cold milk. Now take a pan. Boil remaining milk. Add dissolved custard and sugar. Boil till it thickens.
  4. Let it cool down .Fill it in piping bag. Take the glass and put third layer from piping bag. Pipe custard cleanly. Again put the glass in fridge for 10 minutes.
  5. Now prepare mango jelly as directed. Pour this jelly on custard layer. Put in fridge to get it set for 10 minutes.
  6. Fill piping bag with whipped cream . Put this layer on mango jelly.Keep in fridge for 5 minutes.
  7. Cut gulab jamun into half.
  8. Finally garnish with gulab jamun and cherry. Chill it and serve.
