Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Dhosa batter
  2. I cup boil maggi with maggi masala
  3. 2 tbsp red chilli garlic chutney
  4. 2 tbsp chop onion
  5. 2 tbsp green onion chop
  6. 1 tbsp tomato chop
  7. 1/2 tbsp chili powder
  8. Fresh dhaniya
  9. 1/2 tbsp pav bhaji masala
  10. 1/2 tbsp chat masala
  11. Cheese spread
  12. Cheese cube
  13. Butter

Instructions

  1. First make Maggie in a microwave for 5 min.
  2. In a hot tawa put 1 big spoon dhosa batter evenly on tawa.
  3. Apply butter and spread overall. Next take a spoon of garlic chilly chutney and spread it .
  4. In a slow flame add chopped onion and tomato and in between mash it all slightly.
  5. Add boiled Maggi ,green onion,some fresh dhaniya on it .add all spices and mix all .
  6. Cook it 2 minutes and add cheese spread on dhosa .spread all cheese and roll it.
  7. At last on dhosa put more cheese and garnish with dhaniya an serve hottt.
