ABOUT Cheesy Maggi RECIPE

This is a quick and easy version of maggi for all those times, when you want to make something tasty but running out of options.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 packet maggi
  2. 1 medium sized onion
  3. 1/2 tomato
  4. 1/2 cup mixed veggies
  5. 2 tsp butter
  6. 2 tbsp cheese
  7. 2 tbsp cream
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 14 tsp haldi [turmeric powder]
  10. 1/4tsp red chilli powder

Instructions

  1. Boil the maggie as per instructions. Boil veggies and also dice the tomatoes and onions, keep aside.
  2. In a pan heat butter, add Jeera [cumin seeds], add onion , saute for 2 minutes and then add tomatoes. Saute for few minutes more.
  3. Add the veggies.
  4. Add maggi, maggi masala, haldi and salt.
  5. Then add cream and then cook for 2 min.
  6. Turn off the flame and add cheese..
  7. Serve hot
