Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled chana- 1 cup
  2. Onion- 1 small chopped into small pieces
  3. Tomato -1 small. Chopped into small pieces
  4. Green chilly - 2
  5. Ginger small piece
  6. Fresh corriender 1 tsp
  7. Lime juice as per taste
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Black salt 1/2 tsp
  10. Roasted cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
  11. Black pepper powder -1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil chana in cooker with one cup of water.
  2. After 2 whistle off the flame
  3. In a bowl mix chana . Onion. Green chilly. Tomato. Salt. Black salt black pepper powder. Cumin powder and lime juice.
  4. Garnish with corriendor and serve.
