  1. 2 bachi hui roti
  2. 4 tbsp Khajoor imli ki chutney
  3. 4 tbsp Dhaniya pudina ki chutney
  4. 6 tbsp gadha dahi
  5. 2 uble aalu
  6. 2 tbsp hari mirch
  7. 4 tbsp ubli safe mater
  8. Adha tsp kala namak
  9. Adha tsp namak
  10. Adha tsp lal mirch pwd
  11. 1 tsp bhuna zeera pwd
  12. 2 tbsp anar ke dane
  13. 2 tbsp sev
  14. 2 tbsp dhaniya patti
  15. 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Roti to char bhag me cut ker le. Ab tave per halka oil lga ker sek le jab tak roti achi kurkuri na ho jaye papdi ki trh. Roti ke tukdo ko plate per rekhe. Ab her tukde per chote tukdo me cute aalu rekhe. Aalu ke upper safed mater dale. Ab kala namak,namak,lal mirch ,bhuuna zeera dale. Ab imli ki chutney, hari chutney,dahi dale . Phir ek bar namak or bhuuna zeera dale . Ab cuti hui hari mirch,dhaniya patti,anar ke dane or sev se sja ker serve kre.
