Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups peeled hare matar [green peas]
  2. 1tbs oil
  3. 1/4tsp jeera [cumin seeds]
  4. Salt 2 taste
  5. 1/4tsp chat masala powder
  6. 1 hari mirch [green chilly]
  7. 1/4 tsp lal mirch [red chilly powder]
  8. 1/4tsp dhania powder [coriander powder]
  9. 1 lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, and add the cumin seeds. let them crackle.
  2. Add the green peas and saute well.
  3. Now add all the dry spices.
  4. Stir and cook for five minutes with lid, on a low flame.
  5. Open the lid and stir well.
  6. Nw add lemon juice. mix and serve.
