Take a lauki then remove the skin and scoop it.
Add all ingredients of chatni into the mixi jar and make a chatni.
Make coarsely mixture of chatni without adding water.
Now take a pan add oil and keep on flame for simmer .
Take a bowl add chopped onion besan, salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well.
Now add this mixture in pan and cook it for 7 to 8 minute or onion cooked well.
Now shift the mixture of stuffing in a bowl then add coconut chatni 2 tbsp and roasted makkhana .
Now mix well and keep ready the stuffing.
Now take a bottle gourd and fill the stuffing in it.
When it filled then cut it into slices carefully.
Now take a pan add oil for simmer then add slices of bottle gourd and keep cooking for 7 to 8 minutes.
After 7 to 8 minutes turn the slices and again cook for next 7 to 8 minutes.
When it done shift it into plate .
Now for red gravy take a pan add oil for simmer then add jeera and hing.
Add chopped onion and tomatoes with garlic cloves for cooking.
Add salt ,turmeric , red chilli powder .
Cook for 10 minutes and remove from flame.
Let it cool and then make a fine paste and keep aside.
In a bowl add cashew and khus khus add some water and keep a side for 20 minutes.
After that remove extra water and make a fine paste from it with adding little water if required.
Now take a pan add oil for simmer then add red gravy.
Cook for 7 to 8 minute.
Add white gravy and keep cooking.
Keep cooking for next 4 to 5 minute.
Now add spices and again mix it.
Add some water if needed then cook till the gravy turn little thick.
Now gravy is done add gravy in serving plate.
In serving plate arrange the stuffed bottle gourd slices and gravy.
Sprinkle some coriander leaves and drop some cream in dish.
Serve it with naan ,roti and Paratha.
