ABOUT Cheese Mushroom Pie RECIPE

Cheese mushroom pie is the most incredible tasting pie

Ingredients Serving: 4

Whole wheat flour 150 g
Flour 150 g
Butter 195 g
Cold water 95 g
Egg custard : egg 165 g
Fresh cream 300 g
Parmesan 1 tablespoon
Filling: mushroom 200 g
Broccoli 100 g
Red bell pepper 50 g
Pepper & salt
Garlic 3
Onion 50 g

Instructions

Tart shell: rub butter into sifted flour. Put in cold water slowly till just mix. Do not knead
Egg custard: mix egg together . Add in pamersan and mix well. Add in cream to combine
Filling: Put oil and fry garlic and onion till fragrance. Add in all mushroom , Red bell pepper and broccoli fry till soft.. Add pepper & salt & cheese.. Put on plate to cool
Mushroom pie: Roll tart shell to fill pie pan. Pour 1/3 of custard on tart shell. Assemble filling on the custard. Pour remaining custard. Sprinkle mozzarella on top. Bake at pre heated oven at 190 for 30 to 40 min or till shell turn golden brown
