  1. Karela (bitter gourd) _ 1/2 kg
  2. roasted chana dal _1 cup
  3. red chilli powder _ 2 spoons
  4. salt _ to taste
  5. cumin seeds _ 2 spoons
  6. Oil _ 1 /2 cup
  7. fennel seeds _ 1 spoon
  8. garlic pieces _ 16
  9. ghee _ 6 spoons

Instructions

  1. first wash in bitter gourd next cut in round pieces after that take out frying pan add oil heat
  2. after add bitter gourd pieces in 5 mins stir fry next take out mixer jar add garlic,fennelseeds,
  3. cumin seeds,redchilli powder,roasted chana dal to griend in fine powder remove the powder
  4. add karela next add salt and ghee and mixing well fry in Anthorn 3 mins
  5. that's it stove off to serving in a bowl to garnish curry leaves very tasty and healthy recipe
