Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rawa-2cups
  2. Oil-2tbsp
  3. Peas-1/2cup
  4. Mustard- 1tsp
  5. Carrot(grated)-1tbsp
  6. Curd-1/2cup
  7. Eno fruits salt-1tsp
  8. Turmeric-1/4tsp
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Dry roast rawa.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add mustard.When it began to splutter add grated carrot and boiled/frozen peas.Fry for 2 minutes.Add rawa fry for another 2 minutes in slow flame.
  3. Let it be cool
  4. Add curd, salt ,turmeic and enough water to make a thick paste.keep it for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Add eno and some more water to make the batter that of idli consistency.
  6. Steam idli serve hot with desired chutney.
