ABOUT Bitter gourd fry RECIPE

This recipe is very easy to prepare ,tasty and healthy too.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bitter gourds-10
  2. Salt- as per our taste
  3. Chilli powder- 2 tsps
  4. Turmeric- 2 pinches
  5. Oil- 2 tbsp
  6. Sugar-3 tsp
  7. Kara podi- 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. In a non stick pan, add oil . When hot, add bitter gourd slices and let it fry till golden brown colour
  2. Now make little space in the middle of non stick pan and add little oil and do the seasoning and onion and sauté for few minutes.
  3. Now add salt, turmeric, chilli powder, sugar and sauté well.
  4. Sprinkle little Karapodi and switch off the flame and serve hot
