Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. chopped ladyfinger 1/2cup
  2. gramflour/besan 3tbsp
  3. onion chopped 1small
  4. coriender leaves chopped 2tbsp
  5. dried fenugreek leaves/kasuri methi 1/2tsp
  6. green chilli chopped 1
  7. water as needed
  8. salt to taste
  9. red chilli powder 1/2tsp
  10. oil for frying
  11. for gravy
  12. tomato 2
  13. garlic 2-3
  14. ginger 1small piece
  15. cashew 5-6
  16. cumin seeds 1/2tsp
  17. fresh cream 2tbsp
  18. salt to taste
  19. red chilli powder 1/2tsp
  20. turmeric 1/4tsp
  21. kitchen king masala 1/2tsp
  22. oil 2tbsp
  23. water as needed

Instructions

  1. Chop ladyfinger in small and thin pieces
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry ladyfinger for 1-2minuts On high flame
  3. Take out ladyfingers from oil in a vessel add chopped onion green chilli dried fenugreek leaves and coriender leaves in it
  4. Add gramflour salt redchilli powder cumin seeds in it
  5. Add water and make a dough
  6. Deep fry this fritters in a hot oil On medium flame till crisp and golden
  7. Ladyfinger fritters are ready
  8. For gravy take chopped tomatoes garlic ginger cumin Seeds cashews And cream in a mixer jar
  9. Grind and make a fine paste
  10. Heat 2tbsp of oil in a pan add prepared paste in it And cook
  11. Add salt redchilli powder turmeric powder kitchen king powder in it mix well and cook till oil saperates
  12. Add add butter and dried fenugreek leaves in it and mix well
  13. Add little water mix well cook for 2minuts and switch off the flame
  14. Assemble ladyfinger fritters and prepared gravy togather before serving garnish with coriender leaves onion rings serve hot witg chapati or rice
