ABOUT Stuffed gobhi parantha RECIPE

Indians love parathas and nothing is better than filling, stuffed parathas. Follow this recipe to make the stuffed cauliflower parathas at home.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 1cup
  2. Grated cauliflower 2tbsp
  3. Ginger grated 2tsp
  4. Green chilli chopped 2
  5. Turmeric powder 1tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil for cooking paranthas

Instructions

  1. Prepare wheat flour dough by adding water
  2. Steam chopped cauliflower in little oil in a pan.
  3. Add chopped green chilli salt turmeric powder cook for about 2 minutes closing the lid of a pan
  4. Make paranthas fill in the stuffing.
  5. Cook the paranthas over tawa using oil
  6. Enjoy with pickle /any vege +tea
