Grind coriander+ green chillies+ginger+ cumin seeds+ salt into a smooth paste. Not liquidy.
In a pan heat oil.
Now stuff the brinjals with this coriander masala paste.
Fry brinjals until become light golden brown.
Reduce the flame.

Cover the kadhai with the plate , pour 1 glass of water into plate.
Let it boil, about 10 to 12 minutes.
Stir it twice slowly and carefully .
After cook the curry , remove the cover.
Fry the curry couple of minutes.
Dish out the curry.
