Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1cup grated pumpkin (I use yellow )
  2. 1 medium size boiled potato
  3. 2 slice bread
  4. 1tsp cornflour
  5. 1tsp gram flour (besan )
  6. 1/4tsp ginger
  7. 1/4tsp garlic paste
  8. 1/2tsp chat masala
  9. 1/4tsp chopped green chilli
  10. 1/4tsp gram masala
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Chopped Coriander
  13. For stuffing :-
  14. 1cube amul cheese
  15. 1/4tsp oregano
  16. 1/4tsp chilly flakes
  17. For covering :-
  18. Corn flour
  19. oats
  20. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Grate the pumpkin
  2. Add boiled potato,
  3. Add Bread sclice ,corn flour, besan
  4. Now add grated ginger nd garlic in it
  5. Put chat masala, salt,green chilli and chopped coriander. Mix well and keep aside. Pumpkin mixture is ready
  6. Take a bowel put grated cheese add oregano nd chilli flakes. Mix it. The stuffing is ready
  7. Take a small ball from the pumpkin mixture Stuff with cheese stuffing and roll it properly Now give the heart shape Take a plate, put corn flour and oats. Mix well Roll the heart shape cutlets in it Take a khadai, put oil in it. When oil is hot, fry the cutlets at medium flame till golden brown Serve with ketchup
