Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Bhendi [ladies fingers] 150 gm diced
  2. Charmagaz( melon) paste 3 tsp
  3. Curd 2 tsp
  4. Mustard paste 2 tsp
  5. Salt
  6. Oil 2 tsp
  7. Tomatoe diced optional
  8. Coconut grated 2 tsp
  9. Sugar/ honey 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Wash the bhendi [ladies fingers] and cut into small diced shapes
  2. Now heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the bhendi. Add littke salt and pinch of turmeric
  3. In the meantime prepare the paste of charmagaz, mustard
  4. Now once the bhendi is cooked add all the paste one by one. First goes the paste of mustard, then charmagaz, curd.
  5. Keep stirring continuously. Add little sugar or honey . Now add the chopped tomatoes ( optional) Now once cooked add the grated coconut.
  6. Garnish with curry leaves n corinader.
