Then Nellikka is a traditional preparation in which gooseberries are immerced in honey for long time. Which has many health benefits.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Goosberry - 250 gms
  2. Cardamom - 4 nos
  3. Honey - 500 gms/ To cover gooseberry

Instructions

  1. Wash and pat dry gooseberries.
  2. Make some gashes on gooseberry's.
  3. Add gooseberries and cardamom to a clean ceramic jar/ glass jar.
  4. Pour enough honey over gooseberries till all of them are immerced in honey.
  5. Keep it covered for 1 month in a clean and dry place.
  6. Use the honey gooseberry mixture once in a day for health benefits.
