Ingredients: Sweet bun 3; Butter 100 gm; Onion 2 medium; Capsicum 1 small; Tomato 1 medium; Soya granules 1/2 cup; Potato one medium; Cauliflower 5-6 medium florets; Green peas 1/2 cup; Salt 2 tspn; Turmeric powder 1 tspn; Red chilli powder 1 tspn; Pav bhaji masala 1 tbspn; Water 2 cups; Green chilli 1; Coriander leaves for garnishing; Lime wedge 1

Sweet bun 3
Butter 100 gm
Onion 2 medium
Capsicum 1 small
Tomato 1 medium
Soya granules 1/2 cup
Potato one medium
Cauliflower 5-6 medium florets
Green peas 1/2 cup
Salt 2 tspn
Turmeric powder 1 tspn
Red chilli powder 1 tspn
Pav bhaji masala 1 tbspn
Water 2 cups
Green chilli 1
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Lime wedge 1

Instructions

Soak soya granules in 1 cup of hot water
Peel potato. Boil potato and Cauliflower in one cup of water till cooked
Chop onion, green chilli, capsicum and tomato
Put a kadhai on heat and add 50 gm of butter on medium heat
Add chopped onion, green peas and capsicum and saute for 3-4 minutes
Add tomato and saute till cooked
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and pav bhaji masala and saute till masala leaves oil
Add soaked soya granules and boiled vegetables and mix well
Add salt and little water and bring to boil
With a potato masher mash the entire mixture to a gravy consistency
Remove bhaji from heat and keep aside
Cut sweet buns into halves
In a flat pan toast bun halves on both sides with butter
In a serving plate, plate bhaji and garnish with chopped onion, coriander leaves, a dollop of butter and a lime wedge
Plate buns along with it
