Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Button mushrooms 10 nos
  2. For stuffing
  3. 3 medium onuin chopped
  4. Mushroom stems chopped finely
  5. 2 green chillies chopped finely
  6. 8 cloves garlic chopped finely
  7. Salt
  8. 1 cup grated cheese
  9. Pepper powder 1 tsp
  10. For batter
  11. 1 cup maida
  12. 1 pinch baking powder
  13. Salt
  14. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  15. For coating
  16. Bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Wash the mushrooms thoroughly
  2. Remove the stem and keep aside
  3. Make caviry in mushroom caps. Keep aside
  4. Finely chop the mushroom stems.
  5. In a pan heat little oil. Saute the chopped onions till light golden.
  6. Add chopped mushroom stems, garlic, chillies, salt and pepper. Cook till the mixure dries up
  7. Remove from flame now mix the grated cheese in the stuffing mix.
  8. In a bowl make a thick batter of maida .baking powder salt n chilli powder.
  9. Fill stuffing in each mushroom caps. Seal it with little maida batter
  10. Dip the stuffed mushroom caps in the matter.
  11. Coat with bread crumbs.
  12. Fry till golden brown
  13. Serve hot either whole or can cut into halves.
