Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chicken boneless 200gm
  2. Honey 1 teaspoon
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  4. Onion slices 1 cup
  5. Bell pepper sliced 1 cup
  6. Anar Dan a half cup
  7. lemon juice half teaspoon
  8. Teriyaki sauce 1/ 2 teasppon
  9. Chilli sauce 1/2 tb
  10. Tomato sauce 1 tsp
  11. Capsicum 1/ 2 cup
  12. Pepper powder half teaspoon
  13. Salt
  14. spring onions for garnish
  15. Oil 2tsp

Instructions

  1. Wash the boneless chicken thoroughly, then add salt honey lemon juice and ginger garlic paste and marinate well. Refrigerate for 1 hr.
  2. Now in a pan heat oil and one tsp of butter. Shallow fry the marinated boneless chicken on low flame. Once the chicken turns brown and tender remove from flame and keep aside.
  3. Now in another pan heat oil and fry the onions on low flame, add honey to give a nice aroma and colour to the dish. Add the bell pepper and capsicum.. in meantime prepare the sauce by adding tomato sauce, teriyaki sauce, Honey, chill sauce.
  4. Add the sauce to the sautee and then add the chicken.. Keep stirring. Add pepper powder and salt. Add the anar dana. Keep cooking on low flame.. Now again drizzle honey and remove from flame.. Garnish with spring onions n anar Dana.
