ABOUT Pudina and Soya Chunks Pulav (OPOS) RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Onion- 2 Large
  2. Bayleaf/cinnamon/elachi/cloves - 2 piece each
  3. Green Chillies- 2 small
  4. Pudina leaves - 1 Cup
  5. Soya nuggets small size- 1 cup
  6. Basmathi rice- 2 Cups
  7. Ginger garlic paste. - 2 tsp
  8. Oil- 2 tbsp
  9. Ghee- 1tsp
  10. Salt as required

Instructions

  1. Soak soya chunks in water for 10 mins. Cut onions length wise.Slit green chillies.
  2. Heat oil in pressure cooker. Add ghee one spoon and add all garam masala to it and fry for few min.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for few min and Add onion and chillies and fry till onions turn pink.
  4. Now add pudina, soya chunks to it.Add required amount of water for the rice to cook and add required salt.
  5. Now add basmathi rice and close the pressure cooker and cook for one whistle. Then simmer for 10 mins.
  6. Open and fluff rice with fork and now the Pulav is ready
  7. Serve hot with cucumber/carrot raita or fryums

OPOS, One Pot One Shot,.... Is a registered trademark. It is illegal to use them without written permission and also it can't be used for a recipe which does not follow the OPOS technique.
