Granola is a breakfast food and snack food consisting of rolled oats, nuts,dried fruits, chocolate,spices, honey that is usually baked until it is crisp It has a loose breakfast cereal consistency

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 2 cups rolled oats( i used Quaker oats)
  2. 1/2 cup walnut chips+pumpkin seeds+dried cranberries
  3. 1/2cup almond chips
  4. 1 tsp. cinnamon
  5. ½ tsp. nutmeg
  6. Pinch of salt
  7. ¼ cup vegetable oil
  8. 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  9. ¼ cup honey

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Keep an eye in the later half to ensure it dosent burn.
  2. Spread onto a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven at 175degC for about 20 minutes, stirring once after 10 minutes to ensure even browning.
  3. Once done remove and let cool completely,then it will become crisp.
  4. Store in air tight container and have with milk as a breakfast cereal.
