A perfect starter to lighten up any party. As it is, they are power packed with many nutrients and also anti oxidants. They have loads of vitamins too. Hence it is highly recommended to consume them on a regular basis. And the best part is that they don't even need long hours of cooking. Just saute them a bit and you are done. Rinse them under running water and spread them on a kitchen towel and scrub off the dirt using a tissue paper or a special mushroom cleaning brush if you can get hold of. Never soak them in water. Just boil them for a few minutes if desired and that's it. Grill them, saute them or use them in soups, it is always beneficial in every way.
