Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 500 gms Khoya
  2. Powder sugar according to taste
  3. Green edible colour
  4. yellow edible colour
  5. Cloves ( Laung )
  6. Little milk

Instructions

  1. Take a non-stick pan and put the crumbled khoya into it
  2. Continuously keep stirring
  3. Add sugar and keep stirring till the mixture thickens
  4. Now remove from fire and add green colour just a few drops and mix well and let it cool till it comes to room temperature
  5. Now make small balls and give the shape of a flower with the help of a toothpick
  6. Take yellow colour and dilute in a little milk and apply a little colour on the flowers with a brush
  7. Insert a clove in each flower and keep in fridge for about an hour
  8. Serve cool
