Yummy milkshake full of iron and minerals.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 10 dates
  2. 5 Almonds
  3. 4 tsp Honey
  4. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  5. 1/2 cup water
  6. 2 glass milk

Instructions

  1. Take almonds,dates and water in a pan and boil till dates become soft or cooked.
  2. Cool it.
  3. Blend into a smooth paste in the blender.
  4. Strain the pulp.
  5. Add honey and vanilla essence to the pulp. Mix it well.
  6. Add milk to the mixture.
  7. Honey, dates and almond milkshake is ready.
