ABOUT Raspberry and Coconut Smoothie RECIPE

Healthy smoothie with the goodness of fruits, coconut milk, fresh coconut and honey . Lactose and nut free low calorie smoothie.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup fresh raspberry or frozen raspberries
  2. 1 Cup Coconut Milk
  3. Apple 1
  4. Banana 1 large
  5. Honey 3 tbsp
  6. Fresh coconut 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop banana, apple
  2. Wash raspberry
  3. Take thick coconut milk
  4. Take fresh grated coconut
  5. Now add them to the blender
  6. Add honey
  7. Blend for 1-2 minutes, add ice cubes
  8. Blend again for 1 minute more
  9. Garnish with ice cubes and fresh fruits
  10. Serve chilled
