Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1-1/2 cup urad daal
  2. 1/2 cup moong daal
  3. 1/2 kg Curd
  4. 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  5. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  6. 1/2 tsp black salt
  7. Sweet chutney
  8. Tamarind sweet chutney
  9. Green coriender
  10. 1 tbsp kaju , kusmis
  11. oil
  12. Tooty frooty , cherry

Instructions

  1. Take 1-1/2 cup urad daal aur 1/2 cup of moong daa lsoak in the water 4-5 hours
  2. Grind it make the paste
  3. Mix salt & chilly powder in the paste
  4. Whick the curdand mix salt
  5. Fry the bhalla and soak in water
  6. Press the bhalla in hand and dip in curd
  7. Take a plate and put the bhalla
  8. Garnish with thick curd , sweet chutney , green chutney , coriender , jeera powder , chaat masala and dry fruits & cherry
  9. Enjoy soft spongy dahi bhalle
