Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Torai flower 250gms
  2. Besan 2tsp
  3. Sattu 2tsp
  4. Rice flour 1tsp
  5. Chopped onion 1 small
  6. Chopped chillies 1
  7. Kalonji 1/4 tsp
  8. Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  9. Turmeric 1 pinch
  10. Salt to taste
  11. oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Take the torai flowers and pick out the stems carefully
  2. Now wash the flowers thoroughly and drain out the water.
  3. In a bowl take the flowers and add all other ingredients onion, chillies, kalonji, garlic paste, sattu, besan, rice flour, turmeric and salt.
  4. Mix all these ingredients properly.
  5. Heat oil in a pan.
  6. Put the mix slowly and carefully in small round shape in the pan.
  7. Stir fry on a low flame.
  8. Take out on a kitchen towel to remove the extra oil.
  9. Serve hot with tea or coffee.
