Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All purpose flour-100 grams
  2. Egg 4
  3. Onion-1 slices
  4. Dry yeast -1/2 tsp
  5. Salt according to taste
  6. Sugar -1 tsp
  7. tomato-2 chopped
  8. Garlic powder-1 tsp
  9. Garlic chopped -1/tsp
  10. Butter-100 grams
  11. Chili flack-1/4 tsp
  12. Black pepper crushed-tsp
  13. Paneer-1 tbs crushed
  14. Chili powder-1/2 tsp
  15. Green bell pepper-1/2 slices
  16. Origeno-1/4 tsp
  17. Milk- 1 tbs
  18. Oil -1 tsp
  19. Mozzarella cheese-80 grams.

Instructions

  1. First take all purpose flour make well in middle . Add milk sugar and dry yeast.
  2. Add salt and oil .leave it 10 minutes.
  3. Yeast forment. Now add water and make a smooth dough .
  4. Cover it and put it for rest for 45 minutes.
  5. Now boiled 2 egg .peal and cut in four pieces . Make batter with two egg .add salt and black pepper in egg batter.
  6. Heat a pan .add butter .add chopped tomatoes and garlic powder , red chili powder and salt .cook 2 minutes .
  7. Now grind it and make a smooth paste .
  8. Again cook it 2 minutes. Pizza sauce is ready .
  9. After 45 minutes our dough is ready .
  10. Now take a microwave tava . Grease with butter .
  11. Make pizza base on tava with hand .
  12. Now spread pizza sauce .
  13. Spread egg batter . Spread mozzarella cheese.
  14. Assemble boiled eggs
  15. Assemble onion slices and green bell pepper and crushed garlic and crushed panner.
  16. Sprinkle salt, black pepper crushed , chili flack and origeno .
  17. Now prepare heat microwave on grill mode for 2 minutes in 180 degree.
  18. After that set it on grill mode for 15 minutes.
  19. Put pizza in microwave .
  20. After 15 minutes .our awesome pizza is ready . Cut and serve hot.
