Coconut and poppy seeds fritters.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Fresh Coconut Grated 1 cup
  2. Poppy seeds 100 gm soaked in warm water
  3. Green chillies finely chopped 4
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Sugar 1/2 tsp
  6. Maida 1 tbsp
  7. Rice flour 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Grind the poppy seed into fine paste
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix grated coconut, poppy seeds paste, chillies,salt, sugar, maida and rice flour.
  3. Keep it in fridge for 5 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in kadhai. Wet your palm. Make small balls out of the mix.
  5. Deep fry. Serve hot
